Property Equity Report (PEQ)
All prices quoted are GST exclusive
The ABR Property Equity report coded PEQ is a detailed and comprehensive search of property which involves a search of all matters associated with the property or land in question. It includes a valuer general or index search, title search, in addition to a search of transfer and mortgage records and in some cases a rates search.
The PEQ provides this information as a formatted report usually presented as a concise 1 page document although involving several mortgages may be longer.
In summary the PEQ provides a full description of the land including:
- volume/folio numbers
- current and previous owner/s
- property description
- physical address - where available
- date of acquisition
- purchase price
- details of any encumbrances
- the initial amount of encumbrances.
